ESA Academy is an online English academy offering live, instructor-led classes for learners who want structured practice, coaching, and scheduled learning sessions.
The public website, checkout pages, receipts, and student dashboard refer to the same business and service: ESA Academy live online English education.

Students purchase enrollment in scheduled online English classes. Each class listing includes the course title, instructor, level, description, enrollment deadline, seat availability, schedule, and price before checkout.
Classes are educational services delivered online. We do not ship physical products.
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) before payment. Paid classes are charged once at checkout unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card brands and other payment methods available for a specific purchase are shown during checkout.

Enrolled students can also use their dashboard to access class details, upcoming sessions, and enrollment status.

After a successful payment, enrollment is confirmed in the student dashboard and the class detail page. Session access is delivered online according to the published class schedule.
If a session is rescheduled or cancelled by ESA Academy, we will provide updated access details, a transfer option, class credit, or a refund when appropriate.
Students may request a cancellation or refund by emailing Ericpurev@englishsteppe.com. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request and the status of the class.
Refunds are generally available before the first scheduled session begins. After a class has started, completed sessions and missed sessions are not refundable unless required by law or approved by ESA Academy because of a service issue.
We collect the information needed to create student accounts, confirm enrollments, provide class access, communicate about sessions, and support purchases. This may include name, email, enrollment details, and payment status.
Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ESA Academy. We use student data only to operate the service, provide support, and meet legal or payment obligations.
Students must have reliable internet access and be able to attend online sessions at the scheduled times. If a promotion, discount, or trial is offered, the applicable terms will be shown where the offer is presented.
We do not provide services where prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, or payment network rules.
Checkout uses HTTPS and Stripe-hosted payment elements. Stripe handles sensitive payment information under PCI DSS requirements.
ESA Academy receives payment status information needed to confirm enrollment, but does not store complete card numbers or CVC codes.
